Why Firecracker Leadership?

Many people don’t know that I named the company Firecracker Leadership because I was born on the 4th of July. And if you know me, I have been accused of being a bit of a firecracker. I take it as a compliment.
I am so proud of the fact that I’ve been doing this work for 10 years. As we celebrate our anniversary, I need to say thank you to all the incredible entrepreneurs who entrusted me to walk along side them in their journey, be curious, challenging and supporting and embraced the full capacity of who they could be. It has been an honor to do this work, learn beside you and I look forward to many more years on this journey. We’ve only just begun. I couldn’t be here without you.
