Cheryl was building a nice practice in the B2B space. While she was adding staff, she realized she was owning a lot of the work her team needed to be doing. Working late after the kids went to bed was a common practice. With guidance and encouragement from her coach and peers she developed methods to delegate responsibility with authority to her team and gets to attend all of her children’s activities now. Her company has tripled in revenue in the three years she’s been in the group.
