My Wednesday Wish for you: You are enough

As the year begins to wind down, it’s so easy to focus on what we haven’t done. The unfinished projects, the goals that didn’t quite make it, the “should haves” and “could haves” that tug at our minds. But today, let’s pause and celebrate what did happen. What have you accomplished this year? Maybe it wasn’t on your original to-do list, but it mattered nonetheless.

Perhaps you navigated a challenge you didn’t see coming, or you said “yes” to something new that stretched you in unexpected ways. Maybe you grew closer to someone, learned a new skill, or found more peace in your daily life. Did you care for someone when they needed you? Did you show yourself a little more kindness? These wins count, even if they didn’t come with a trophy.

Think of where you are today. Reflect on the growth you’ve experienced, the resilience you’ve shown, and the strength you didn’t know you had. Even if the road didn’t look like you expected, you’ve traveled it with courage.

You are enough. Right here, right now. Not because you checked everything off a list, but because you showed up. Because you kept going. Because your journey, with its twists and turns, has brought you to this moment — and this moment is exactly where you need to be.

My wish for you this Wednesday is simple: Celebrate you. All you’ve done, all you’ve navigated, and all you’ve become. You are enough, and you always have been.

Let’s end this year not with self-criticism, but with self-recognition. You’ve come far, and that’s worth honoring.
