Are you investing the time and resources to grow personally and professionally?

Don’t let AI be your weakest link.
My Wednesday Wish for You: Use AI Wisely—Don’t Let It Become Your Weakest Link
As a moderate user of AI tools, I’ve seen firsthand how much they’ve improved—and how much I’ve improved in using them. Better prompts yield better results, and AI has become a powerful assistant for research, writing, and organizing ideas. But there’s something important to remember: AI will tell you up front that it can be wrong. And if you’re putting it on the front lines with your customers, you’d better be watching closely.
If your AI is acting as a digital assistant, chatbot, or point of contact for your business, take time to experience what it’s like to be on the receiving end. Would you feel taken care of? Or would you be frustrated, confused, or ready to walk away?
Just like you wouldn’t send a brand-new employee into a high-stakes meeting without training, oversight, and support, you can’t just plug in an AI tool and hope for the best. Monitor the experience, test your processes, and make sure your customer interactions are clear, accurate, and on-brand.
My wish for you this week is that you find tools to lighten your load—not create a bigger headache. AI has great potential to help you lead more efficiently—but only if you stay intentional and aligned with the quality your clients expect.
